Family Fun Day- Navy Pier

We had a lot of fun at Navy Pier: going to the Children's Museum, on the Merry-go-Round and Ferris Wheel, eating out and taking a lake tour at dusk. Benbrook Family Fun Days are the best, and we had quite a few this summer.

The Art Institute

Daddy had a project to do for his school, so we took a family trip to the Art Institute. This was the first time I had been on the train (it was cool) and I thought all the pictures were pretty. I had the most fun in the kids room crawling around and building with blocks!

My First Pool

Mommy bought me a really cool pool, and I like it a lot. It was a little cold though!

Happy Birthday Great Grandma Elaine!

My Great Grandma Elaine celebrated her 86th birthday, and they had a party for her at my Auntie Patti's house. I didn't like sitting in the grass too much, but I loved being held by everyone.

My Baptism

Mother's Day was very special because it was the day I was baptized. I was blessed that my Great Uncle's Tim and David traveled to Chicago to do the splashing. It was very small with immediate family and a few friends, but very special. I am very lucky to have my Auntie Sara and Uncle Mike as my Godparents, and so many people who love me and watch over me.





That is the same dress Mommy wore on her baptism. Aunt Susan made it!
